Please bring your own bagged lunch. Snacks and beverages will be provided. In addition to the equine experience, participants will have a choice of afternoon activities that may include but are not limited to: kayaking, painting with animals, painting kindness rocks, journaling, walking, reading, and more.
Step away from the demands of daily life and join us for a one-day retreat immersed in nature and the calming presence of horses. You’ll have time to slow down, reflect, reconnect, and restore your mind, body, and spirit alongside the Equuvation herd and experienced facilitators.
Participants will engage in thoughtfully guided, ground-based experiences with horses rooted in animal welfare, wellbeing, and consent. Additional nature-based and art activities will also be offered. No riding or prior horse experience is required—just come as you are with a willingness to be present and explore what the horses and natural world have to offer.
PLEASE NOTE: This retreat is not clinical therapy.
