Benefit Obstacle Challenge Competition – Saturday 10 August 2024
Join us for casual and fun competition designed for all ages, disciplines, abilities, and breeds—in-hand or under-saddle—who love obstacles!
DIVISIONS:
GREEN 1 :: In-hand Beginner [Includes basic obstacles to be done at the walk. No teeter totter or pedestal.]
GREEN 2 :: In-hand Intermediate [Includes basic obstacles, as well as more complex questions such as the teeter totter and pedestal.]
GREEN 3 :: In-hand Advanced [Includes basic obstacles, complex questions, changes in gait, and possible lateral movements.]
BLUE :: Under-saddle [All obstacles done at a walk; suitable for beginner riders.]
BLACK :: Under-saddle [Some trot/jog obstacles, more complex questions.]
SILVER :: Under-saddle [Some trot/jog, canter/lope obstacles, lateral movements and more complex questions, including the possibility of small jumps (24” and below).]
$30 per class. Each course is designed with a unique combination of obstacles and trail challenges. All course maps will be released the week before the event. Participants will be organized into youth and adult categories for each color division.
